We're now taking a limited number of pre-orders in our new delivery area (all zip codes in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, and New Hampshire). Simply place your order through our regular checkout process to reserve your spot on the list! You'll receive an order confirmation via email immediately after purchase. Then, a little later this month, we'll let you know when we're shipping your box.
We plan to start shipping boxes the week of March 25th. One of your next emails from us will be your shipping notification, which is typically sent the night before you’re scheduled to receive your box. So don’t worry if you don’t hear from us for a few more weeks!
Please note that your account may reflect upcoming charges scheduled to be processed before 3/25. Rest assured, however, that our system will automatically skip these. You will NOT be charged again before your first box arrives.
Most customers in our new delivery area will receive their box one business day after it ships. Some customers are 2-day shipping from our location but you will receive it on the requested delivery day if you've chosen one.
We encourage all subscription customers to select a delivery day preference so we can make sure you receive your box on the same day each week and you can plan ahead. If you don't choose a delivery day, we will deliver any time within that Tuesday-Saturday weekly delivery window; you will still get that shipping email the night before to let you know when it's on its way. If you haven't yet chosen a delivery day, simply log into your account and, under Edit Delivery Day on the right-hand side, choose the best day for you.
We love the Pine Tree State and hope to be there soon! We're working on expediting delivery to the area, with an eye on expanding to Maine in the coming months. Sign up for our waitlist so you'll be the first to know when we launch there.
