Switch over to our new site

Hi there,

We’re excited to finally share what we’ve been working on: a new-and-improved Misfits Market experience. Before we get into what’s better about it, please note we’re requiring all customers to manually switch over to the new site at their earliest convenience. Below you’ll find step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process. 

Everything about your subscription stays the same, including your ability to customize, if you were previously eligible. What’s different, however, are a few features that make the whole experience easier to navigate and more to come!

  • All the items in the Marketplace will have images so you can learn more about each product. 
  • You can now edit your Marketplace selections. You no longer need to reselect all your items when you need to make a change. 
  • If you ever need to skip a week, you can opt into donating your box to a food bank in Greater Philadelphia! 

Alright, ready? Here’s how you switch over.


Step 1

Log into your account just like you normally would. Easy already. 


Step 2

You’ll notice a banner up top that says “Account Update Needed.” Go ahead and click “Get Started” to reset your password. (Remember to use the email associated with your account to properly switch over.)

Step 3

Once you receive the email to “Activate Account,” click on the “Verify Account” button to confirm your email for security purposes.

Now, click on the “SIGN IN” button on the top right—or the menu on the upper left if you’re on your phone.

Step 5

Please visit your account page to finalize the switch. And that’s it. From there on out, you’ll be automatically redirected to new.misfitsmarket.com.

If you encounter any issues, like a 404 error page, for example, please let us know about it, but try to push forward. All subscribers are required to make the move over, so it’s better to get it done ASAP. 

If you can’t bypass any technical issues, please submit a ticket here, under ‘I need help with my account or subscription.’
